We came together as a team of people from capital markets and AI; investors, analysts, engineers all seeing the same problem from different angles. Markets trade on information yet making sense of that information has become increasingly difficult.

Every day, companies release dense, technical announcements. Pages of disclosures, numbers, catalysts, and carefully chosen language. On paper, the information is public. In reality, understanding what actually matters requires experience, context, and time. That’s why good analysts are so valuable. They don’t just read; they interpret, compare, remember, and question.

The problem is scale.

Markets move fast. Announcements land constantly. No individual and no team can read everything, properly contextualise it, and still move at the speed markets demand. Even the best investors are forced into a compromise: move quickly and risk missing something important, or slow down and take action late.

That trade-off never sat right with us.

We believe clarity shouldn’t depend on how big your team is or how many hours you have in a day. We believe serious financial decisions deserve tools that respect complexity, value evidence, and support sound judgement; not shortcuts or guesswork.
